The main area we cover is the south east of England but will happily work all over the UK. 

We provide live in guardians to your empty properties to make sure they do not become squatted in, vandalised or damaged.

24 hour security checks are available when we take on a property whilst waiting to provide guardians.

Big savings on costs are made to the landlords eg non payment of council tax for the properties we station guardians in and savings on empty property rates.

This does depend on how long the property is available for. but rest assured we can provide guardians on a short or long term basis to suit your needs.

There is no cost to landlords for the live in guardian services we provide. We charge the guardians a license fee. Landlords are still under a duty of care for maintenance to the building

All that is required is that the property is weather and water tight for the duration of guardians living there.
